ExxonMobil and NCAF have partnered to address training improvements needed to prepare American workers for sustainable career opportunities in the growing fields of energy efficiency and weatherization.

The scope of current weatherization training programs varies by state and region. In order to fully realize the opportunities associated with the rapid growth expected in the federal Weatherization Assistance Program, the size and scope of the current weatherization training programs must be improved to increase efficiency, quality and effectiveness. ExxonMobil’s grant to NCAF will support the development and testing of a significantly expanded career training component that will complement existing weatherization training programs nationwide.
