Membership
National Community Action Foundation (NCAF) is a membership organization established in Washington, DC that advocates the federal government on behalf of the Community Action Network. All supporters and partners of Community Action are welcome to become members. Members of NCAF must affirm their membership each calendar year by filling out a membership form. There is no cost to becoming a member of NCAF.
NCAF members are stakeholders in the continuation of NCAF and its work. Each year, NCAF members are invited to an annual membership meeting, which is held during the Annual Washington Conference.
The NCAF Board also holds a seat for an at-large board member who is elected by NCAF members every four years. To run for the at-large seat, an NCAF member must also be an Executive Director of a Community Action Agency. The next election will be April 2025.
